Appreciate this, Jan, and not surprisingly, I am finding it to be a prominent theme in my life right now, especially those last four or five symbols in your bulleted list. In the last week, I've started a new job, parted company with a place (sold to new owners) that was transformational in my life, revisited the loss--a decade ago, and by fire--of a barn on that same property, and bid farewell to a friend of 25 years. Though most of that was not intentional, on my part, the response to it from within has felt very much like a crossing over from one chapter to another. Thank you for this thoughtful essay.
We can choose transformation at any time but there are certain times in the natural cycle of the seasons and in the astrological cycle that seem to support it more. Now is one of those times!
