Thank you for this offering. I must be doing something wrong, when I download the guides the folder is empty, and I can't see the files on Dropbox either.
This should work. Unfortunately, the first link I sent out allowed people to edit the folder and someone inadvertently deleted all of the guides. They are back now and ready for you to view or download.
