Ostara, the Vernal Equinox Ostara, or Spring or Vernal Equinox, marks a brief moment in the year when the hours of daylight and darkness are equal. This brief occurrence cycles around again during the Autumnal Equinox in September. A beautiful bit of Earth Wisdom is found here at the time of the equinoxes.
Your words “Mother Earth is telling us that states of perfect balance and equilibrium are not the norm and last for only a very short time” really hit home 💚
Yes! It's an illusion that we can ever be in perfect balance for long periods of time. They're rare and brief. The way to stay in some semblance of balance, a balance that's functional and achievable is to continue to make small adjustments all the time, responding with spiritual, emotional and psychological resilience and flexibility. Then when we are hit with times of extremes we're strong and limber ready to meet them without injury to our soul.
