Season’s Greetings!
We’re in the thick of it now. The darkness is nearly at its peak; the year is quickly dying, fields and gardens lie fallow, and trees are bare. Collectively, we’re hanging in there, but our ancient roots know that we must turn our longing toward the Light if we are to survive for another year.
We need hope to believe that light and warmth will return, courage to believe the human spirit is indomitable, and wisdom to believe that goodness, truth, and beauty will prevail even when the darkness seems overwhelming.
In the face of darkness, we celebrate. We practice generosity and exchange gifts to affirm our anchor of faith: that the future will welcome us.
Though we may walk in the darkness of the winter season, Divine presence walks with us; therefore, we are not afraid, but rather, we are guided and protected. And more than that, good things are heaped upon us. Gift-giving is a holy and sacred act.
Yule - Winter Solstice
We are rounding out our Hedge Mystic Wheel of the Year self-guided retreats with the Yule season offering. You can find your Yule-Winter Solstice Exploration and Experience HERE

There are questions to guide your inner work, seasonal symbols, and mythopoetic language to help make sense of what you are experiencing during this dark time of the year.

Gratitude
To all my dear readers, thank you for reading, musing, exploring, and co-creating this community. I send you warmth and comfort of heart, peace of mind, and joy in your soul as we enter the height of collective celebration, the one holy day that remains to bind us together in this postmodern, disenchanted world. Together, we endeavor to re-root ourselves in the earth and her seasons, reacquaint ourselves with old traditions and ancient wisdom. We welcome back into our hearts and minds the spiritual realms that circumscribe our reality as we seek to find our place on the journey and share the beauty, truth, and goodness we find along the way.
